Veggie, Hummus, Cheese & Charcuterie Board - Medium

Our mixed board has the perfect combination for all. It includes 2 types of cheese, 2 meats and  4 seasonal crudites and hummus, and serves 10-12 people. We will hand pick the cheese, meats and crudites at the time your board is created.
 
Cheeses:
Brie (cow), Manchego (sheep), Gouda (cow), Humboldt Fog (goat), Mature Cheader (cow).
 
Cured Meats:
Serrano or Prosciutto ham, Italian Dry Salame, Peppered Salame, Calabrese Salame, Sopressata, Coppa, or Genoa Salami.
 
Accompanied by seasonal dry and fresh fruits, mixed nuts, olives, cornichons, honey, locally sourced jam, and fresh herbs for garnish. Since most of our accoutrements are seasonal they are subject to change.

Includes 2 bags of crackers (3 oz each). Additional crackers are available for purchase on our Shop page.
 
The board comes with eco-friendly spoons, knives and tongs for convenient serving.
