  • How do I order?
    Just go to the SHOP section and make your selection. Please let us know if you have any special requests, allergies, etc. (We are not a nut free facility)
  • Does the listed price include taxes?
    No, the listed price does not include taxes. Taxes and delivery will be added once you are doing your checkout.
  • Do you include serving utensils?
    Yes, we will include spoons for Honey/Jams/Spreads/Hummus, knives for cheeses and serving tongs. We do not include plates, napkins or serving platters for crackers.
  • Do I need to buy a serving board?
    No, we will provide a board you can keep or dispose later on.
  • What sizes are the boards you use?
    Box - 6x6 Mini - 8x10 Small - 10x14 Medium - 12x18 Large - 14x24
  • How many days in advace do I need to request a board?
    We require a 24-48 hour advace notice. However, we will do our best to accomodate anything prior to the deadline.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You need to provide us with a 48 hour cancellation notice.
  • Can you do a custom board?
    Yes, please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accomodate your order.
  • Can you do spreads for events?
    Yes, we can accomodate larger events. Please contact us with your specific request.
  • Can I include a personalized note?
    Yes, we will be happy to include a personalized note free of charge. We also have add-on messages you can add to your board.
  • Is your facility nut free?
    Unfortunately not. We work with different nuts on our boards (pistachios, walnuts, almonds).
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we will deliver our boards directly to your door. If you are not in our delivery zone, please contact us.
  • Do your prices include delivery?
    No, we charge a flat rate depending on your delivery area.
  • Does someone need to be available to receive the delivery?
    Yes, client needs to be readily available to receive the product as it needs to be refrigerated.
  • What happens if there is no one to receive the delivery or client doesn't pickup the board?
    If there is no one there to receive the delivery we will bring the board back to our store and new delivery or pickup will need to be coordinated at the clients expense. If board is not picked-up within 24 hours we will need to dispose of it and the loss will be for the client. The Board Miami cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled outside of the 24 hour window.
  • Can I pickup my order?
    Yes, you can coordinate pickup date and time by calling us (786 475 3166) or sending us an email (sales@theboardmiami.com). If board is not picked-up within 24 hours we will need to dispose of it and the loss will be for the client.
  • What happens if I can't pick up my board?
    Your board(s) need to be picked up within 24 hours of original pick up time. After that, board(s) will need to be discarded due to the perishable nature of the product, and the loss will be for the client. The Board Miami cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed pick ups, deliveries or deliveries rescheduled outside of the 24 hour window.
