Our boards included cheeses and cured meats Cheeses: Brie (cow), Manchego (sheep), Gouda (cow), Humboldt Fog (goat), Mature Cheader (cow).   Cured Meats: Serrano or Prosciutto ham, Italian Dry Salame, Peppered Salame, Herb Salame, Calabrese Salame, Sopressata, Coppa, or Genoa Salami.   Accompanied by seasonal dry and fresh fruits, mixed nuts, olives, cornichons, honey, locally sourced jam, and fresh herbs for garnish.
