Cheese & Charcuterie Board - Large
Our large board includes 4 cheeses and 3 cured meats and serves 20-24 people. We will hand pick the cheese and meat selections at the time your board is created.
Cheeses:
Brie (cow), Manchego (sheep), Gouda (cow), Humboldt Fog (goat), Mature Cheader (cow).
Cured Meats:
Serrano Ham, Sopressata, Coppa, Genoa Salami.
Accompanied by seasonal dry and fresh fruits, mixed nuts, olives, honey, havapeño mustard seeds from Taste Elevated, fig jam, fresh herbs, and flowers for garnish. Since most of our accoutrements are seasonal they are subject to change.
Includes 3 bags of crackers (3 oz each). Additional crackers are available for purchase on our Shop page.
The board comes with eco-friendly spoons, knives and tongs for convenient serving.
